It is an important industrial raw material used for smelting and producing vanadium alloys and metallic vanadium. The process of using this equipment to smelt and recover vanadium slag is simple. The raw materials, reducing agents, and fluxes are mixed in a certain proportion to form balls. The pellets are directly fed into the furnace. The pellets react with reducing agents and fluxes in a high-temperature environment inside the DC Submerged Arc Furnace to produce vanadium iron. The slag liquid is above the vanadium iron liquid. After being discharged from the furnace, automatic separation of slag and iron is achieved to obtain vanadium iron.
