The oxide scale iron ore smelting DC Submerged Arc Furnace is a type of equipment used for ironmaking, also known as an oxide scale reduction furnace. It is a high-temperature reaction DC Submerged Arc Furnace furnace used to convert raw materials containing iron oxide into pure iron.
The working principle of an oxide skin iron smelting furnace is to use high temperature to reduce the oxides in the raw materials to metallic iron. In the DC submerged Arc Furnace , the oxide skin is added together with the reducing agent, and the heat generated by the arc causes the oxide to undergo a reduction reaction, generating metallic iron and some gas by-products.
